International shipping is via UPS, FEDEX or USPS where applicable.

The 3D-Shop offers a conditional 30-day return policy on all products available here provided:

• Software is not returnable if the box or CD shrink wrap seal has been compromised.
• Defective software can be returned for exchange ONLY!
• Defective hardware should be returned to the manufacturer in accordance with the Manufacturers warranty. Where no such warranty exists, The 3D-Shop will provide a full 30 day replacement warranty.
• All returns must include a Return ID obtainable by first contacting the 3D-Shop at sales@3DLinks.com
• All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee

All purchased made by Canadian residents are subject to Federal GST, or HST taxes.

If the product you have ordered is not currently in stock, you will be notified immedietly via email with an estimated delivery date. You will have the option of cancelling the order, or waiting for the shipment.
